Zack was sitting at the table working on his homework tonite, complaining under his breath how imagery and summarizing and assumptions are so dumb. (I'm dying that he's even learning those concepts in 2nd grade first of all...) Then he just blurted out that he HATED homework. I replied, "That's too bad because you'll be doing it at least for the next 14 years."
"14 years??" His face just crumbled and he lost it.
