Spring Break Part 3

Well, Thursday we just kind of relaxed most of the day and irritated Robb while he was working. The boys were saving up energy for their sleepover with aunt Mel. They had been talking about it for WEEKS. Aunt Mel said they could come over on Thursday night of spring break and have a Wii sleepover and stay up as late as they wanted. So we dropped them off about 5:30 and she took them to Hollywood Video and let them pick out some games to rent. The picks were Kung Fu Panda, Super Mario Galaxy, and LEGO Indiana Jones. They went to Mel's work dinner at Pei Wei and I'm sure were a big hit and then partied till 1am. What a nice aunt...

While they were at the sleepover we went to dinner with Robb's sister and brother and their spouses. It was nice to chat and laugh and catch up.

Friday was the Jazz game. It was a lot of fun even though they lost. Zack was totally into it this time, didn't lose interest for a second and was screaming and clapping and doing all the cheers. Bryce, however, by the end of the first quarter was asking "is there anything else to do here?" We left Avery with my parents for the night and they were in heaven!!

Zack posing perfectly not knowing crazy Aunt Mel was behind him.

Saturday morning was conference. It was one of the highlights of the trip. My sister watched all the kids so we could go. We had amazing seats, row 7, right up in the church employee section. There is definitely a different power when you are there and when the first presidency walks in, it's completely silent. And hearing the MoTab live is AMAZING.

This was a shot from our seats.

After conference we went down to Lindon to have lunch with some of my cousins and their families and my aunt who hadn't seen the baby yet. We hadn't seen some of them in a while and it was nice to relax and chat.

We spent the rest of the day visiting cousins in Pleasant Grove and Riverton. We really packed it in on Saturday. It was a great week!
