Family Home...Afternoon?
So school was out today for MLK day and we had to think of something to do to get out of the house even though it was freezing (about 9 degrees)! So I loaded the boys up and decided to take them down to see the temple. In the 2 years we've lived here, they've never been down to see it and they seemed pretty excited to go. We had some good conversation down and back about the things you do in the temple and why it's so important and why mommy and daddy like to go. I also told them all about the day(s) they were sealed to us. They loved hearing about that. They asked some pretty good questions for a 4 and 6 year old. We also stopped at Deseret Book so they could get some new things for sacrament meetings and then we went to Chili's for lunch. It turned out to be a pretty good school holiday. We miss our Thailand bound Robb though. :(
They could not get enough of that fountain!
